Cash Payment Options
AZ Arms Depot is offering cash payments. On firearms and orders over $300. These are for orders that are not shipped.
Customers who choose to pay with cash do not pay the 2.99% credit card processing fee that is added during online credit card checkout.
If you would like to pay with cash, simply submit a Cash Order Request using the form at the bottom of this page. We’ll verify availability, confirm your total, and walk you through the next steps.
How Pricing Work
The prices displayed throughout our website are the product prices.
Customers who pay with a credit card will see a 2.99% credit card processing fee added during checkout.
Customers paying with cash do not have this processing fee added. The total is at checkout minus the 2.99% CC fee.
How Cash Orders Work
Step 1 – Submit a Cash Order Request
Complete the Cash Order Request form below with the product you’d like to purchase. Must be over $300 to quailfy.
Please include the product name, SKU, UPC, or a link to the product page whenever possible.
Submitting this form does not guarantee product availability, reserve an item, or guarantee that a cash order can be completed.
Step 2 – We’ll Verify Availability
We’ll confirm that the item is available from our distributor and verify current pricing.
If the item is available, we’ll contact you with your final total and deposit instructions.
Step 3 – Pay the Required Deposit
Most firearms are ordered specifically for each customer.
Before we place an order with our distributor, a 25% deposit is required.
Your deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.
NON REFUNDABLE IF NO SHOW.
Step 4 – We Place Your Order
Once your deposit has been received, we’ll place the order with our distributor.
You’ll be notified as soon as your firearm arrives and is ready for pickup.
Step 5 – Pickup & Final Payment
The remaining balance is due in cash at your pickup appointment.
All federal, state, and local firearm laws still apply, including any required background checks.
Why Is a Deposit Required?
AZ Arms Depot is an online-first dealer and does not stock firearm listed on our website.
All firearms are ordered specifically for individual customers after an order is placed.
If a customer cancels after the firearm has been ordered, AZ Arms Depot may be responsible for return shipping, distributor restocking fees, or inventory that was never intended to be stocked.
Requiring a 25% non refundable deposit allows us to continue offering competitive pricing while protecting against canceled special orders.

Is the website price my cash price?

Why is a deposit required?
Most firearms are ordered specifically for each customer. The deposit allows us to place the order while protecting against canceled special orders, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other distributor expenses.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due in cash when you pick up your firearm at your scheduled appointment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before the firearm has been ordered from our distributor. Once the order has been placed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Does submitting the form guarantee my order?
No. Submitting the Cash Order Request form does not reserve an item, guarantee product availability, or guarantee that a cash order can be completed. We must first confirm current pricing, availability, and order eligibility.
Can I still pay by credit card?
Yes. Customers are welcome to complete their purchase online using a credit card. A 2.99% credit card processing fee will be added during checkout.
